Nursing adaptation in Germany is to prepare the internationally trained nurses to become a registered nurse. These program trains the foreign nurses well versed in germen language, nursing terminologies, and practical’s and in terms in senor care homes, hospitals and clinics. The curriculum of adaptation program is co-ordinated with Deutsche, Angestellten academic and German ministry of health and social affairs
What is included in Nursing Adaptation?
1)German Language
To become a registered nurse in Germany, German language is the most important factor. A nurse should have C1 level of German language and the adaptation program consists of German language class from A1 to c1 level.
2)Nursing Curriculum and practical
The Asian nursing education is entirely different from the German nursing so both theoretical and practical training is mandatory for a nurse to know the procedures followed by nurse in Germany. In order to meet the German requirement practical’s training is provided in hospitals, old age homes and clinics.
What after Adaptation?
After adaptation program a nurse will be eligible to appear for the nurse licensing examination in Germany. She/He will be able to work in hospital after licensing those nurses who are not able to clear the licensing examination can start them career as in a old age care homes on clinics with his salary from 1500 Euros to 2000 Euros .
